The BoBM Messaging System was a project completed under the name of JN/AC (Jenny Neal and Anthony Chellew). The project was to design and implement a Messaging System for the Best of Bodmin Moor (BoBM), which was built from scratch using PHP and supported by a MySQL database.

The system is to allow the members of the BoBM to contact all or a group of members, by sending out a mass email. The system is limited to members only and allows them to send messages 24 hours a day and can be viewed or operated from virtually anywhere which has an internet connection. It keeps members informed of regulations and general information regarding their business. Administration for the system is kept to a minimum, mainly the adding of new members or assigning members to business groups.

The system was developed to help reduce previous costs of manually sending an email to all appropriate members and to improve communication with members. More recently there has been an addition to the messaging system to allow BoBM to collect information about their members to produce a leaflet.
